Forgiving Shimei

David did

Forgiving those who

Hated him

Hating would leave no room for me

To reign over those I'm leading

Forgiving brothers

And men who

Scoffed, ridiculed

Hated you

Pardoning for

You already know

Where God has sent you

Him you know

"I have no room to hate you and yours"

David said for 

He knew that God had made him king

He needed not 

The competition Shimeis

would bring

Are loved
