Now I see

It was You in the grief

Each grief that was

and is

and will be

I thank Thee

Tomorrow only will we see

The reason for today's grief

In me

I hate it now

But hindsight shows us how

Thank you God for grief

And if grace was given me today

To say what nevermore seemed great

I say
