I punished myself

Thinking I had 

All weight

And failed

Realized 

Jesus wants 

Me light

A man failed

When he wished

He could settle all his accounts

On his own

It is time I slowed down

Test and try me now

Pick apart 

All that's fleshly 

Make me whole

As I slow down
