No to more and yes to thankfulness

On a Sabbath

This day of rest

I say no to more

And yes to thankfulness

So much of Satan's mess

Is made while omitting both

Squandering grace and in its place

Running the race:

What can we gain today?!

"No" my biggest word today

While inwardly I would cultivate

Gratitude towards You and say

Yes to remembering each good grace

That has ever come my way

I would choose whats best

No to more and yes to thankfulness
