If you're anything like me, sadness has a way of sneaking up on us, inspiring fuss. Unmet expectations frequently bring offense towards the King and if left unchecked, hostility to self and close ones. If you're anything like me, it is no fun developing roots of bitterness and hating loved ones; and the self-hatred (echoing negative self-talk that we hear from the enemy), that's just got to go - So, how about we start something new! Let's say you and me - next sad ending or rough beginning, or just anything tough in between, instead of cutting down yourself and others, say this: "I am important. I deserve the space to process this pain." And take a deep breath, and do just that - sit back, relax and enjoy being worth it...
