Pressure to do
From Adam to Christ
From me to you
To get what we lack
Ourselves to come through
Each sin we commit
Each failure a clue

That the adversary plays
A horn of one note
There's only one theme
In the story he wrote
If he can get us
To take in our own hands
What belongs in God's
To skip Abba's commands
To rush, not check-in
To do, and not wait
Then we will die with him
